Luis grew up in a small village located near the Gulf of Guayaquil. He has been going to shrimp farms for as long as he can remember – seeing and hearing about shrimp farming from his father.

Luis now works at the Naturisa farm near Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Luis is very proud of the work he and the other farmers do to preserve the ecosystem surrounding the shrimp ponds, while still producing premium and sustainable shrimp.
